EVE Mentat 1.1.15 released!

This is an official EVE Mentat 1.1 release!

Major changes in this release:

• Database updated to Incursion 1.5.0
• Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Note: Database migration from version 1.0 to 1.1 is not possible because of quite different storage types.
