API data import troubleshooting
Error 0: General Error: Scotty the docking manager heard you were talking shit about him behind his back and refuses to service your request
It’s temporary API server side issue. There is no solution. Try to import later.

the orders didn’t refresh no matter how much times i try to import again orders from the API. How much apiserver cache time to refresh the data? , this is important
@amidoinitrite
Orders are cached for one hour.
API import for OOrders, Journal, Transactions fails with error:
> EVEMentat.Core.EveAPIError: Error 200: Current security level not high enough.
Progarm is provided with full API (checked at http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/test_eve_api.php) and other programs.

@navychan
You have to assign valid corporation API key (among with personal key) for this character or disable corporate import in preferences if you don’t need it.

Take a look at import preferences.
Can get my full key working. Its saying : error 222 key has expired
Thats trange, just made a new one.
@Thart
Can this be overriden?
@Phatty
No, but you can use file import instead to avoid caching.
rekeying didn’t fix or redoing the database either.

@matt

@Dethmourne
It’s a server side issue. Waiting for actions from CCP.
still error 1001:cache invalid.
are we expecting a fix soon
Error 1001: Cache is invalid
I get this while trying to API import the journal
@Laurence
@CMvan
Guys, it’s not EVE Mentat issue and I don’t know when CCP going to fix it.
Hi, in older versions of eve mentat very old transactions and journal entries could be pulled up. Now I cannot get any transactions pulled more than a couple days old. Is this normal? Is there a way to pull in many more transactions (like as far back as a year)?
@Andres
“The journal is configured to provide up to one month worth of data” (source).
This is normal behaviour. But it can be something wrong with server.
