API data import troubleshooting

Error 0: General Error: Scotty the docking manager heard you were talking shit about him behind his back and refuses to service your request

It’s temporary API server side issue. There is no solution. Try to import later.

    the orders didn’t refresh no matter how much times i try to import again orders from the API. How much apiserver cache time to refresh the data? , this is important

    Orders are cached for one hour.

    API import for OOrders, Journal, Transactions fails with error:
    > EVEMentat.Core.EveAPIError: Error 200: Current security level not high enough.
    Progarm is provided with full API (checked at http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/test_eve_api.php) and other programs.

    Hi I keep receiving this message: Updating corporation members (API)… Error 221: Illegal page request! Please verify the access granted by the key ou are using. The character is the ceo of the corporation and the API key is a full one ….?

    Problem solve API key are refresh 5mins interval now everything is ok

    strangest thing is some of the api updates, i have set it up correctly i think.

    You have to assign valid corporation API key (among with personal key) for this character or disable corporate import in preferences if you don’t need it.

    ,ALSO my order information window always says no market data availible, even if i scanned right before ….
