File data import troubleshooting
I have localized EVE Online client and cannot import my personal and corporate orders from files.
By default EVE Online saves orders in files like “My orders-2011.06.15 1810.txt”. But the localized client uses translated file names. For instance, in German it will be “Meine Aufträge-2011.08.16 1356.txt”.
To fix it you have to open import preferences (Preferences, Import tab) and specify correct patterns for character and corporate orders. For instance, “Meine Aufträge-*.txt” for character orders.

I’m trying to update my corp orders but i get 2 errors:
[error] Updating corporate market orders (API)…
[error] Error 532: Failed getting market order information.
=======================================================================
[error] Updating corporate orders (files)…
[info] Launch EVE Online and export your orders at Market/Corporate Orders window.
[error] There are no corporation order files!
=======================================================================
Updating char orders via API or file have no issues, i enter eve, check markets trough IGB, export button on orders tab and then import file. Same procedure for corp but no luck, i have my char and my corp api. Any toughts?
@Gilreygar
Send me your log.txt file generated immediately after import.

Hi, i’m getting this error:
[error] Updating corporate orders (files)…
[warning] You must load corporation information (in character sheet) before importing corporate orders!
[warning] Only files with this character orders will be loaded!
[error] Der Index lag außerhalb des Bereichs. Er muss nicht negativ und kleiner als die Auflistung sein.
Parametername: index
I cleaned the marketlogs folder but it did not fix the problem. corporation information is loaded in the char sheet.
